We wish everyone happiness, good health and prosperity in the Year of the Tiger! Chinese New Year also called Lunar New Year falls on Sunday, February 14th. It is celebrated for about fifteen days. At Riders Lodge, we observe some of the traditions to welcome the Year of the Tiger. You will be served "Yee Sang" a special dish for prosperity and enjoy Lion Dance to bring in the good spirits performed by our local Kulai dance troupe on the 15th Feb and on the 28th February, Sunday of the Red Lantern Weekend.

February - March School Holiday Riding Camps... Send your kids for a riding holiday at Riders Lodge…morning begins with feeding the horses... grooming horses. After breakfast, they have riding lessons with new found friends (or bring their buddies along) – great experience to learn and have fun!
Beginner Riders Camps (2D/1N) or 3D/2N
Minimum age: 8 years and above Camp includes: Basic Horse care and saddling, over 3 hours of mounted riding lessons, video review of riding lessons plus full camp schedule which includes cooking with the chef, craft class – certificate is awarded.
Novice & Intermediate Riding Camps (3D/2N)
Minimum requirement: Novice and Intermediate level riders at Riders Lodge or other riding schools.
Camp includes: Riding Lessons based on level of riding. Work on the position, seat, balance, equitation skills, use different horses to improve rider “feeling” with horses, over 5 hours of mounted riding lessons. Video feedback on lessons. Campers need no chaperones but if parent wishes to stay, special discounted rates apply to accompanying parents.
