Premier Cup Series

3QE Classic FEI World Cup SEA League 2007 - Friday the 13th was the start of the FEI World Cup 2007. Riders from Malaysia, Singapore, Philippines, Thailand and Brunei were in full force with a lot of new showjumping mounts from Europe and Australia.

3QE Classic had 11 dressage events and a dressage exhibition by Grand Prix Rider, Sandra Baljue on Mt. William Perelin showing some Grand Prix movements to music, quite an inspiration for budding dressage enthusiast.

3QE for their wonderful Indoor Arena (what a difference it makes!) and the new footing – the horses loved it and so did the riders!

Ellesse Tzinberg dominated the Novice level (14 riders) with her new young mount, Lord Lester barely three weeks in Malaysia and on his first competition ever. They were 1st in Freestyle Dressage to Music with an impressive 73.12% - great music from the “Pirates of the Caribbean”, 1st in Novice Test 2.3. with 65.33% and 5th in Novice 2.1

Francesca Liauw the clear champion of Elementary Dressage (7 riders) on Toftegardens Lobbi, winning Elementary Freestyle to Music with 70.88%, Elementary 3.3 with 65.15%, and 3.1 with 64.44% respectively.

Nina Heyer on Luigi in Medium Dressage 4.3 with 63.64% and Marloes Giezenaar on Karoenjo with 62.89% in Medium Test 4.1

Eva Frantzich on Anthschar was the champion of FEI YR Dressage – Prelim Test with 68% and Individual Competition Test with 66.50%. We’ve always been a fan of Anthschar, aka Charlie.

Kudos to 3QE and the riders who rode the first ever Freestyle To Music at night under the spotlights – it’s great and we should have more of same to get our riders and horses use to “Las Vegas Style Dressage”. Congratulations to the Freestyle riders!
