Stabling Your Horse

We have 52 large and bright stables. They are modern, cool and very dry. Your horse can be stabled at the Lodge for a month, a year or a life time.  

Plus the horse goes regularly to the cool pastures for exercise and relaxation. All stables have afan and boarding includes basic feed, daily care and exercise.  

All horses are required to have their shots.  Horses are required to be shod, wormed every 6 weeks and teeth filed as needed. These extra items and any special feeds, vitamins and veterinary costs are paid for by the owner.  

Keeping your horse at Riders Lodge is a fantastic experience for both horse and rider. Cool, modern horse and rider facilities are just wonderful for both the horse and the owner.

For the horse owner, we offer stabling facilities for your own horse to enjoy the adventure and atmosphere of Riders Lodge.

For your horse, the following will be available at the Riders Lodge:

• 52 modern, clean and safe stables all with fan
• 24-hour security and stable staff living on premises
• responsible and experienced management
• fenced and lush grazing area with shelter and water
• very cool and sheltered paddock and riding areas
• experienced Farrier services as required
• exercise and training facilities
• sand paddock training and schooling area
• showers and toilet facilities
• tack room and changing areas
• other well schooled horses for lessons and trail rides
• a 27-room resort with dining, entertainment and other modern facilities
• special rates apply to horse owners and their families who have their horses stabled at the Lodge

Stabling Conditions

On booking a stable for your horse, you need to complete the proper forms, pay your first month's stabling fee and two month's deposit.  All future monthly stabling fees and other costs must be paid through a credit card on an Auto pay/billing system.

All horses must have a Veterinarian check upon arrival in addition to proper papers.  And horses must have all the required shots including tetanus, Equine Flu and Japanese Encephalitis. The individual horse owner will pay for any special horse feeds, shoeing, other special requirements, special vitamins and all Veterinary fees.

Horse owners who have their horses stabled at Riders Lodge are eligible for special rates at the other resort facilities.
